Chartered Accountant
  • Required Account head Officer Full time.
  • Candidate should have qualified Chartered Accountant and having Membership Number.
  • Candidate must be having more than 3 years post qualification experience & Willing to hold COP ( Certificate of Practice).
  • Salary: 4,20,000/year p.a. (Based on Experience)
  • Accounts knowledge in all types of routine transaction and Reconciliation with daily bases, as well as monthly bases.
  • General Ledger Accounting,Indian Accounting Standards, Acts/ rules & regulations for implementation
  • Manage, prepare & maintain statutory books of accounts, financial statements within defined time-lines & accuracy norms
  • Preparation & Finalization of Accounts.
  • Periodical review of adequacy of internal control systems to ensure recording of all accountable events.
  • Calculation of TDS and timely payment of TDS and comply all other statutory law /act
  • Provide various details to bank and Stock Statement.
  • Should be self-motivated and ambitious
  • Preparation of Monthly MIS with observations.

  • Create awareness of HR processes, policies and programs across the organization
  • Plan, execute existing & new initiatives created for employee communication.
  • Manage & execute the Performance Management Process within the organization, ensuring timely implementation of Performance Management system end-to-end.
  • Client Interaction and Client coordination on Recruitment status, L&D and Talent Management.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions & competency framework & models for all positions across the organization.
  • Enable Employee Connect programs such as one-on-ones, skip levels meetings, town hall meetings and ensure maximum participation
  • Maintain & Administer the Rewards & Recognition Scheme across the organization
  • Plan and execute various engagement activities end to end and be accountable for project management and metrics related to the execution of talent management programs.
  • Maintain & update the HRIS of the organization in line with the talent management & engagement function.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience of 0 to 1 years in the area of Talent Management & Engagement or HRBP( Business Partner)
  • MBA degree preferred
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving skills.
