A combination of stir fried rice with beans and a hint of basil.
Heat oil in the cooking vessel. Add the finely chopped garlic and saute till brown.
Add the chopped onions and saute till translucent.
Add the capsicum and continue to saute.
To this add the tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, paprika, and pepper powder. Add 30 ml of water enough to make a gravy and continue to cook for 3 mins.
Add the kidney beans and cook for another 5 mins and add salt to taste.
Add the basil and cilantro.
Add the boiled rice and stir well. Add salt to taste.
Sprinkle some water over, cover with the lid and let it steam for another 5 mins on low heat.
Serve hot and garnish with a sprig of cilantro or basil.
